MemoTime is an efficient time tracking and reminder tool. Its core philosophy is "Local Only":
Time Management: Provides countdown, countup, and category management features.
100% Local: All data is stored on your device; no central server synchronization is provided.
System Integration: Supports iOS Home Screen widgets for quick event tracking.
User Conduct
By using this service, you agree to follow these rules:
Do not use the software to store or distribute content that violates laws or public ethics.
Do not attempt to compromise the software through decompilation or reverse engineering.
Data Responsibility: Since data is not uploaded to the cloud, you are solely responsible for data security and manual backups.

In-App Purchases
We offer Pro features through subscriptions (e.g., Yearly) and Lifetime access:
Payments: All transactions are handled by Apple App Store. Charges apply to your Apple ID.
Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You must cancel in System Settings at least 24h before expiry.
Refunds: All refunds are handled by Apple Support. The developer cannot process refunds directly.
Intellectual Property
Ownership definitions:
User Content: All content you create within the app belongs entirely to you.
Software Assets: The UI design, code, logo, and brand name of MemoTime belong to the development team.
Disclaimer
Important Exemption:
Due to the 100% local nature of the app, we cannot recover your data if you change devices or uninstall the app. The developer is not liable for data loss caused by hardware failure, device loss, or accidental deletion.
We recommend performing manual data backups by taking screenshots or other records regularly.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
